NO! We do not require the use of any specific container. We offer trash cans for sale with free delivery for your convenience only. You may use whatever type of container you'd like! (or no container at all.) All trash must be bagged!
We currently separate into two categories, cardboard and "commingle." All cardboard should be broken down and taped or tied together into a bundle. Commingle is all bottles/cans/glass mixed together. These should be placed into a clear plastic bag. ***Please ensure all plastics are recyclable prior to placing in your recycling bag! Contaminated loads do not get recycled at all.*** All recyclable materials can then be placed alongside the regular trash for collection.
"Regularly-generated" household trash and recyclables are included in the weekly collection program. Regularly generated trash is bagged trash typically found in a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, car, and sometimes a garage. Examples of this type of material include food waste, pet waste, disposable containers, sanitary products, broken down cardboard, ripped/torn clothing (single item), and much more!
Items such as broken up sheet rock, scrap wood, full bags of clothing, full bags of kids toys, books, tools, etc. are NOT included in this program and may be subject to additional charges for collection. If you're not sure, feel free to ask!
We are 99% paperless! All invoices are sent electronically via email. Electronic invoices may be paid online via credit card. We also accept cash, check, Venmo and PayPal.
Yes we do! All subscribers save 20% on junk/bulky item removals. If we can lift it, we can haul it! Contact us for more information or pricing on junk removal. Subscribers also have access to "quick picks" which is an item that is less than 25 pounds but is not considered regular household trash. Examples of quick pick items are standing lamps, bags of clothing, stainless steel kitchen sinks, etc. These items are charged at a rate of $5 per item (subscribers only).

We do not accept hazardous waste of any kind. Contact your local Municipal agent for instructions on how to properly dispose of hazardous waste.
Junk removals are priced by the job - no job too small! Subscribers save 20% automatically on all junk removals. If you are able to get everything outside prices are 25-50% lower than inside removals (due to the amount of labor and risk exposure.) All estimates are completely free and can be given within minutes! Fill out our webform or text 603-660-7612 with a picture or two to get started.
Curbside service must have all items placed at the road prior to 7 AM.
Doorside service is a premium service where we will take our truck (all trucks are non-commercial under 26k GVW) up your driveway and collect your trash from the side of your house, garage, porch, etc. Some of our customers give us their garage codes to collect their trash from inside their garage (never have to remember to put the trash out ever again!) This service is also great for those that may have trouble getting their trash to the road side due to the nature of their driveway or because of a physical limitation.
We will come to your home and take all of your "regularly-generated household trash and recyclables." with no bag limit for a single family home. This is defined as "bagged trash that is typically found in the kitchen or bathroom of a single-family home." This can include non-liquid food waste, pet waste, spoiled paper products, used containers, wrappers, non-business boxes, lint, junk mail, etc. The list is very long for acceptable items. See other question for examples of items not accepted.
In short - demolition materials, "cleanout" materials, yard waste, landscaping materials, liquid waste, hazardous waste, construction materials, and business-generated waste are excluded from subscription collections. There may be additional exclusions based on the circumstances, and we reserve the right to discontinue service with anyone for not abiding by these guidelines.
We define a Quick Pick item as "an easily manageable item that weighs less than 25 pounds that would not be classified as regular household trash." Some examples of Quick Pick items are lawn chairs, camping chairs, bagged tents, small side tables, standing lamps, full bags of clothing, full bags of child or animal toys, pet bedding, ceiling fans, and many more. This feature is available by default to subscribers only. All eligible Quick Pick items are billed out at $5 per item at the time of collection.
We offer several types of "everyday" discounts for subscribers. See below for a description of each. Discounts do not combine, and cannot be applied retroactively. Surcharges will not be discounted.
55+ Discount: Subscribers age 55 or older may receive a 10% discount on services. This applies to subscription trash collection or one-time junk removals. Cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons. The subscriber using this discount must be the a peron age 55 or older.
Military Discount: Subscribers that are active or former military members of the U.S. Military or their spouses that have not been dishonorably discharged may receive a 10% discount on services. This applies to subscription trash collection or one-time junk removals. Cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.
Annual Payer Discount: Subscribers that prepay for 12 consecutive months of service on a single invoice may receive a 10% discount on services. This applies to subscription trash collection only. Cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.
Premium Subscriber Discount: Subscribers only. Subscribers whom use our junk removal or bulky item collection services may receive 20% off these additional services. Cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.
Referral Discount: A single existing subscriber may refer another individual to sign up for service with us and receive a 50% discount off of one month of service. The referring subscriber must not have any other discounts applied in order to receive this discount, including annual pay. To receive credit, the person that was referred must be signed up and paid for more than 30 days with Purmore LLC and must mention the subscriber referring them by first and last name and account number. Between 31 and 60 days from the date of signup, the referring subscriber must send an email to email@example.com in order to validate the discount. After validation, the discount will be applied to the next scheduled invoice. This discount may only be used one time within a 6-month period. There will be no carry-over if more than one person is referred by a subscriber. Purmore Disposal LLC reserves the right to refuse this promotion at anytime if a customer uses social media platforms or official positions to recommend and refer customers to use this service. Cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.
We send out our subscription invoices each month on the 15th. Most of these will come exclusively by email, unless the customer does not have an email on file. While our default option for invoice frequency is monthly, we also offer quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing. Paying annually saves us money in transaction fees and overhead, so we offer a 10% discount to those that pay annually. To switch your billing frequency, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the change you'd like to make and we will take care of the request ASAP! When an invoice is sent via email, there is a unique link that is sent with it to you and only you. Clicking this link will automatically log you into our system via your web browser so that you can pay your invoice online and/or remove your card(s) on file. Our system will automatically update your invoice when it is paid - there is no need to notify us separately. We accept credit card and ACH payments via the portal link sent to your email on file. We also accept cash (paid to the driver by appointment), check (mail to PURMORE LLC, PO BOX 187, MANCHESTER NH 03105), Venmo and PayPal (contact us directly for instructions with these options).
