Derek "The Brains" Purpura Owner/Co-founder Purmore, LLC
Born and raised in Southern California, Derek moved to New Hampshire in 2006 and started off his adult life working in the waste industry. He left the industry in 2015 to pursue other career interests. In 2019, Derek, alongside Shawn Mores, started Purmore LLC with the idea that trash collection should and could be simple and streamlined.
Derek and his wife along with their two daughters live in Milford, NH along with their two Boston Terriers, four chickens, and two cats named "Gadget" and "Gizmo."
In his spare time Derek enjoys spending time with his family, working on vehicles, assembling jigsaw puzzles, and helping other entrepreneurs. Derek's motivation comes from an inner-desire to help others.
Shawn "The Brawn" Mores - Owner/Co-founder Purmore, LLC
Shawn grew up on a farm in Pembroke, NH and is a New Hampshire native. Shawn served in the Army after graduating High School as an 88m (Truck Driver). Shawn currently resides with his long-term girlfriend in Derry, NH and his daughter.
Shawn's philosophy on business is to "keep things simple." Shawn has worked in the waste industry all of his life.
In his free time, Shawn enjoys many outdoor activities such as riding his motorcycle and putting his toes in the sand.
Kyle P. - Senior Collection Expert
Kyle can be described as a man of many talents, his most visible one being to get things done quickly, safely and efficiently. Kyle currently resides with his girlfriend and daughter in Manchester, NH.
Jesse A. - Collection Expert
Jesse grew up in Northwood, NH where he spent much of his time developing his love of problem solving and creating. Jesse and his girlfriend live in Milford, NH with their 6 kids, so trash is no stranger. Jesse strongly believes in quality customer service and is always aiming to please while putting customer needs first. In his downtime, you'll find Jesse spending time with his family out on the water or traversing the woods, crafting and creating projects, or simply enjoying the little things in life.
Scott M. Sr. - Junk Removal Site Foreman
Scott has been in the waste industry for over 20 years, and has a vast knowledge of different businesses including landscaping and automotive work. Scott lives in Manchester with his wife Tammy and their daughter Amanda.
Laura D. - Client Engagement Specialist
Laura brings a fresh perspective to her role as she transitions from the medical field where she spent 14 years working in a clinical and administrative setting.
Prior to joining the team as our Client Engagement Specialist, Laura has worked on numerous creative projects for Purmore Disposal since 2022. Her extensive administrative experience, organization skills, and creative background, offers a unique insight and skillset to her role. Laura is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is dedicated to ensuring that every customer interaction is met with professionalism, efficiency, and a personal touch.
Laura lives in Merrimack, NH with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, designing, and spending quality time making new memories with her family.
